Brand new and clean accommodation with friendly staff. the hotel is managed like a brand new apartment building, with everything being new and clean. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the location is convenient for those traveling with a car.
There was confusion over the security deposit and room fees charged. the location is not ideal for visitors to DC who do not have a car.

The apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the fully stocked kitchen made it easy for me to prepare meals, and the comfortable living room furniture was perfect for relaxing. the check-in process was smooth, and I loved the free snacks and beverages in the sky lounge. the location was also convenient, with bus transportation nearby and a Starbucks and grocery store on the ground floor. It felt like a home away from home during my Christmas vacation.
The parking charge of $20 per night. It would have been nice to have the parking included in the room rate.
